Our injection air technology is designed to provide a massage of the central nervous system. At its highest volume it delivers a strong tactile massage of the nervous system combined with a moderate light tissue massage. At its lowest volume it delivers an extremely gentle massage of the central nervous system by caressing the body with air.
Unlike our channel system technology that depends on water in motion to massage, our injection technology uses air bubbles to massage. This is accomplished by restricting the air flow that is delivered to the bath and placing the injectors themselves so that the air bubbles introduced into the bath trace the meridians of the central nervous system.
We place our injectors strategically so that the air bubbles flood over the skin surface and trace the meridians of the central nervous system. Take a look at the image to the right. It is a diagram of the meridians of the central nervous system.
Our injectors are placed throughout the bath well so that the air bubbles pouring out of or, by choice, trickling out of the injectors first impact and then run along these meridians.
This is intentional so that the system is constantly massaging the nervous system. In doing this we can stimulate the heart and increase respiration and blood flow, which is a critical part of massage therapy.
For a lengthy technical discussion of our technology please see the article entitled Air at length in the Library section of our website. The article is long and has been referred to as a dissertation. It is provided for those who want to know everything possible before they make a purchase decision.
